We connect homeowners with a local licensed roofer who can carry out the work. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote, and how we use and share it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
How we handle your details (collection notice)
Sydney Roof Leaks is a referral service run by Leadman (ABN 96 913 853 143), Merrylands NSW, ibby@leadman.com.au. We collect your name, phone, email, suburb and job details to match you with a local licensed roofer. With your consent, we pass these details to one local licensed roofer that services your area (Leadman may receive a referral fee) so they can contact you about your enquiry. If you do not give these details, we cannot arrange a quote. We also use service providers — such as our website, phone-tracking and call-recording providers — some of whom may store data outside Australia. This policy explains how to access or correct your information and how to complain.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, suburb, and a description of your roof problem. We also automatically record basic technical data (such as the page you arrived from and advertising click identifiers like gclid) to understand where enquiries come from. Calls made through numbers on this site may be recorded.
How we use your information
- To pass your enquiry, with your consent, to one local licensed roofer who services your area (Leadman may receive a referral fee), so they can contact you and quote your job.
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about it.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Who we share it with
With your consent we share your details with one local licensed roofer who services your area (Leadman may receive a referral fee), and with standard service providers (for example website hosting, analytics, phone-tracking and call-recording). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone the collection notice above does not describe.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, or make a privacy complaint — just email ibby@leadman.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
